Exchange & returns

For International customers

To make a return or exchange your order you contact us at kundservice@boomerang.se. If you want to make a exchange we pay the return and if you want to make a return of your order the customer pays the shipping cost.

We will refund your money when we have received your return and this normally takes between 3 to 7 business days.

For Swedish customers

To make a return at Boomerang is free for Swedish customers. Your order comes with a prepaid return slip and a return form that you use when returning your item. On the return form you inform us which goods you want to return and what the reason is. If you want to change goods you must place a new order and return the wrong one. We currently do not have the option to reserve a product.

The repayment time of orders varies between 3 to 7 business days from receipt of your return by email, and you will receive confirmation by email.

As soon as you receive your order, the withdrawal period begins. As a customer, you have up to 30 days of open purchase and 30-day right of delivery on items sold at full cost from your order. 14 days open purchase on items at a discounted price.

1. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE BY COMPLETING THE RETURNS FORM
Pack the goods safely, preferably use the original packaging, and include the return form. If you want to switch to another size, you must add a new order to the website. You can also change the size of the store, but not against a different color or product.
If you do not find the return form, please contact our customer service (tel 08- 598 922 00, kundservice@boomerang.se) to receive a new return form sent to your email.

2. FIX THE RETURN BODY TO SEE THE WAY OF THE PACKAGE
Paste the return slip so that it appears on the package. Do not forget to remove or delete old labels on the package if available.

3. SEND RETURN
Go to the nearest Schenker representative, propose the agent where you picked up the package and submit your package. Keep a receipt if there should be a problem or that the return would disappear with the transport.

Return Terms
Keep in mind when returning:
• All goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them.
• The product / products may not have been used or washed.
• Pack the goods carefully and fold the clothes as you received them.
• When we receive your package, we will check the condition of the goods before we process the change or refund the returned goods.

Exchanges

If you want to change your item against a different size, model or color, you must return the item and place a new order.

Incorrect or defective product
If a product is damaged or inconsistent with the specified product you ordered, you are of course entitled to advertise. Contact our customer service as soon as you discover the error at kundservice@boomerang.se. We will primarily investigate whether it is possible to repair the defective item, if it is not possible, replace the product with a new equivalent product. If we can not replace the item or correct the error, you will receive the money back. Should the package be damaged when you download the package, save the package and contact customer service (kundservice@boomerang.se).

Refund

The repayment time on orders varies between 3 to 7 business days from receipt of your return. As soon as we have checked the returned goods, we will send an email. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email within seven business days of returning your package, please contact customer service@boomerang.se and have your shipping number available.

What happens to my invoice when I return goods?

Have you purchased multiple items, but only want to return an article? Then you only pay for the items you keep. Then, once your return has been received and processed by our return department, you will be notified that a refund has been made. As a customer, you can also move forward the due date 10 days or pause your invoice if you returned a product. Log in at www.klarna.se to change the due date or pause an invoice.
